Foundation
2008
This was inspired by two things -
1. Reading about the structure of the universe and the very non-scientific counter argument that it's really just supported by turtles all the way down.
2. Peter Tosh's voice on "One Foundation" from one of my all time favorite albums Bob Marley's "Burnin'".
I should also note that this was the first time I really started shading by just letting my hand go loose. Generally, I am rigid as hell when I do cross hatching work, but I had been working a ton and I just didn't have the strength anymore.
